Team coaching then helps to foster team cohesion, improve communication and collaboration within the team, develop empathy and authenticity among its members as well as thedesire and pleasure to move towards a common goal, in particular by promoting the culture of feedback.

 

The coaching service is action and solution oriented and usually gets the team working on its usual strategic and operational projects. The role of the coach is to accompany the team so that it questions itself on its particularities, such as :

> its vision, values and creativity

> its collective energy and overall dynamics such as in problem solving, decision-making processes, etc.

> its strengths and weaknesses and its potential to be exploited
