What is coaching?
Le coaching is a partnership with clients through stimulating thinking and a creative process that encourages you to maximize your personal and professional potential.
Coaching is not psychotherapy and the coach is not a therapist. Nor should coaching be confused with mentoring or consulting. Coaching does not focus on analyzing your past, it focuses on the present moment as well as the future, and the fact that you have the necessary resources within you.
What does coaching bring to you?
Coaching helps you to define and take steps towards the realization of your visions, goals or desires. Professional coaching uses a process of questioning and self-discovery to create awareness and responsibility on your part. It provides you with structure, support and feedback.
The coaching process helps you define and achieve professional and personal goals more quickly and easily than would otherwise be possible.
Values and ethics
Each session, aligned with the ICF (International Coach Federation) code of ethics, is conducted in a professional ethic of non-judgment, caring, respect and confidentiality.

When it breaks under an internal force, life begins.
